
Two of our clients in the healthcare industry received top honors at the 27th Annual Healthcare Advertising Awards! Overlook View Magazine won a Gold Award in the Physician Referral Program category for the December directory and a Bronze for the External Publication category. Newton Memorial Hospital won a merit award in the Physician Referral Program category for Vista Points, which is produced for Physicians Practice magazine, and received by 500 physicians in the Sussex County service area.

Earlier this week David Fink, President of The DavidHenry Agency joinedFrank Ableson, Owner, MSI Services, Inc.; Jim Furgeson, Vice President of Marketing Business Development, North Jersey Healthcare Corporation and Rich Zeoli, President of RZC Impact to speak on a panel hosted by the Young Business Leaders Committee of the Sussex County Chamber of Commerce regarding communications and media in today’s marketplace. It was the first in a series of seven events, both social and programmed offered by the Chamber and the event was a huge success with great insights on current industry trends coming from all panelists.

Over 900 people attended last week’s “An Evening of Wine and Roses” event hosted by Newton Memorial Hospital and held at the contemporary Morris Crossroads Corporate Campus. Despite the recession, the event boasted a record-breaking year for attendance including celebrity chefs Rachel Ray and restaurateur David Burke. The guest were treated to a star studded evening of gourmet cuisine and fine wine and spirits from community purveyors. The event raised over $100,000 for the 2010 Annual Giving Program to purchase new imaging equipment for the hospital keeping the hospitals technology on the cutting-edge. Raffle prizes for the night included a brand new Mercedes E350C valued at $50,000 as well as a trip to San Fransisco. Newton Memorial Hospital and the DavidHenry Agency continue to work together on communicating with the community and driving overall brand awareness.
