Greg has taken on a variety of functions in his tenure at The DavidHenry Agency.  He is currently leading the interactive services division, a critically important and growing division at DHA.  Within this capacity, Greg oversees all business development, account management and project management activities within the interactive channel.  Before joining The Agency, Greg was Vice President of Consumer Card Marketing at American Express where he spent nine years managing a variety of consumer marketing programs across traditional and interactive channels.  He was responsible for developing innovative marketing programs for premium card products, while also managing the early customer experience for new cardholders. Within this capacity, Greg was responsible for the launch of the new card activation site on americanexpress.com, which earned the highest customer satisfaction score on americanexpress.com.  Previous to that, Greg led the successful transformation of the Direct Mail channel for US card acquisition and successfully launched a variety of new products into the market.

Prior to American Express, Greg spent three years at Philips Electronics, where he held brand management, event marketing, business development and promotions responsibilities. During his tenure at Philips, Greg was recognized as a high potential leader and successfully rotated within the organization’s executive rotational program.  Greg began his career as a Product Manager at Avnet, Inc., where he led all marketing and purchasing activity for four product lines.  In 1997, Greg graduated with honors in Marketing from Rutgers Graduate School of Management where he earned his MBA and also earned his BS in Marketing Management from State University of New York at Albany in 1993. He is a recipient of the Direct Marketing Educational Foundation Fellowship and the NJ Sales & Marketing Association Scholarship, and received numerous awards at American Express, including the highly prestigious Champions Award.
